Delivery Policy

One delivery day each week

Launch delivery is Friday, 5–9 pm Australia/Brisbane time, starting in postcode 4214. Orders close at midnight Thursday night (00:00 Friday). Stock, supplier lead times or a full run may make a product unavailable sooner. The selected run and final order deadline are shown before payment.

Your address and delivery

Delivery is available only for a verified Australian street address in an active zone. Products arrive in their supplier packaging with the maker’s label and date. DoughLocal does not manufacture, repackage or relabel the food. The product total, delivery fee and any minimum spend are shown before payment. We check availability again when you pay. Check your street address, unit and contact number carefully.

Please arrange for someone to receive the chilled order during the delivery window. If delivery cannot be completed, contact DoughLocal so we can discuss the next step. We do not silently cancel a paid order when an area is paused. If we cannot meet a paid commitment, we will contact you to arrange a suitable resolution.

Follow the product-specific storage and use-by directions promptly after handover. Dough is uncooked and must be prepared and cooked according to its guide; do not eat it raw.
